Abjad even makes learning the 12 times table fun and easy, using a unique visual approach. The numbers 1 to 12 have been represented by 12 pictures; the picture for the number 1 is an apple with 1 leaf; 2 is a rabbit with 2 ears; 3 is a cupcake with 3 candles; 4 is a nest with 4 eggs; etc. In this way 2§4 = 8 can be represented pictorially as 2 nests with 4 eggs = 8 eggs, and 4×2 = 8 as 4 rabbits with 2 ears = 8 ears. The 12 times table, and exercise pages at the back of the book are an extra plus.
